Responsibilities
- Publishing Contract workspace & performing a dmin changes in Ariba.
- Draft Sign Off d ocumentation & performing due diligence of c ontract r ecord & work orders.
- Performing d ata e xtraction & Spend Reporting
- Providing support in s ourcing p roject & e vent creation in Ariba
- Working on q uery r esolution as well as expediting processing of purchase orders & payment of pending invoice
- Performing Labor Hire License validation activity for all contracts/Work Orders.
- Drafting Conflict of interest forms management & execution in Ariba
- Performing Supplier Novation & conducting supplier profiling
- Drafting Variation Agreement & RFx Response Comparison
- Closely monitoring service now & coordinate frequently with business while responding to queries
- Ensuring all new cases in queue should be actioned proactively and efficiently within SLA
- Ensure that all queries are responded & actioned with RCA within 24 hrs.
- Regular monitoring of aged cases. In progress cases should be actioned on time considering ageing period
- Ensure effective service now management in terms of cases actioned & follow ups done within defined intervals
- Finding process gap & suggesting continuous improvements from system & process perspective to streamline operations
- All SOP’s & business rules are updated & approved incorporating procurement alerts .

- Regular allocation of service now cases & tasks on daily basis, three times a day.

- Blocking calendar with category managers, attending meetings on fortnightly basis to understand pain points & their expectations from future engagements.
- Lead specific Improvement initiatives (for instance these may relate to new process to be transitioned & current c apacity optimization )
