Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly trending analysis on headcount, benefits issues, internal investigations, legal issues
- Establish root cause analysis and action plans for priority locations to address areas of concern
- Design/implement human resources audit processes to ensure compliance with Company/Federal/State/Local regulations
- Manage employee relations, training, legislative requirements/compliance, investigations, agency charges, and litigation
- Evaluate client base for learning opportunities, partner with Talent leadership to develop/deliver training to managers, supervisors, employees
- Collaborate with client base to develop talent management strategies and action plans
- Manage Affirmative Action Plan(s) goals
- Partner with the HR Leadership Team to identify/develop/implement employee reward programs and community outreach programs to encourage a positive work environment
- Partner with local leadership and labor counsel relative to grievances and/or arbitrations as necessary
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, unemployment compensation and any other employment-related requirements
- Identifies opportunities for community involvement and volunteerism
