What You Will Do
- Operational Support: Assist the leadership team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as necessary. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Management: Participate in planning and executing operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure that standards of quality and safety are met in all areas of operations.
What You Will Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with google sheets.( SQL will be added advantage).
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
