Participate with Technical Team in analyzing logs/event/alarms for effective resolution of the emergency.
Define, clarify, and agreement with Customer on technical expectations and requirements.
Provide Coaching & Mentoring to enable ERC internal competence build.
Analyze/ Study Customer Solution-Network and Develop technical presentations for ERC.
Lead or Provide Technical Support to Task Force assignments/Hot FTS/ERBs
You will bring
Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple domains such as 5G Core, EPC, IMS, Cloud-NFVi portfolio products and product roadmaps.
Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal skills & Customer Handling Skills Customer Centric Skills (Culture) / Strategic / Creative / Innovative thinking.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
10+ years of experience in customer support / troubleshooting in Telecom network of a vendor and/ or a service provider Telecoms Operations, at least 5 years as a Solution Architect/ Solution Integrator in Telecom Domain
