Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for
• Leading all aspects of and finalizing process execution/documentation at their level.
• Supervise and Ensure timely execution of tasks in Lending area in Retail Banking which are critical and complex in nature
• Audits data transactions and takes/makes client calls.
• Shares knowledge and best practices
• Adhering to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.)
• Assist the Leaders with closing changes in documentation with the Business
• Identifies problem through audits or Client feedback
• May assist the Leaders in a multi shift environment as a single point of contact
• Regular communication/governance calls with client
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Any graduate (B. Com preferable)
• Proven experience in banking operations
Preferred qualifications
• Prior-experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing a banking process
• Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations
• Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion
