Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects focused on Adobe Analytics and related technologies.
- Oversee the execution of project tasks ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Provide technical expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering to optimize data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target into marketing initiatives.
- Ensure data governance standards are maintained throughout all project phases.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Implement best practices for data governance to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Analyze project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Adobe technologies.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Have 8 to 12 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
- Show proficiency in data governance practices and principles.
- Exhibit strong communication and leadership skills.
- Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
