Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
- 0-2 years of IT-related experience, preferably within Agile Development.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-motivated team player with a focus on quality and continuous learning.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and a desire to develop expertise in various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define and document business requirements and user stories.
- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are reflected in the product backlog.
- Conduct process mapping and user story decomposition for effective project planning.
- Work with software and test engineers to ensure acceptance criteria are met for continuous integration.
- Partner with the Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner to refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring items meet the "definition of ready/done" requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support business solutions and identify relevant data sources.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure features meet business needs and quality standards.
- Engage in daily Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve processes through feedback, code reviews, and collaboration with team members.
- Stay updated on technology trends, contributing ideas to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Utilize Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools to track project progress and resolve any impediments.
