Responsibilities
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Software Manufacturing and Distribution organization worldwide (mainly US, Ireland, Czech Republic, India, United Kingdom and Philippines)
- Prepare budget and forecast for global line of business
- Close monthly account records, including journal entries, reconciling, researching discrepancies through investigation, and ad-hoc reporting
- Ensure the accuracy of all inventory accounting; perform ongoing audits of activity
- Prepare financial reports for upper management to review; conduct cost-benefit analysis on potential changes to supply-chain
- Conduct quantitative research to identify opportunities for improvement
- Produce and analyze key indicators of department performance
- Recommend and implement policy/process changes
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel - Pivot Tables, Macros, Vlookup a plus
- Completion of basic Finance and Accounting courses desired
- 0 to 2+ years’ experience
- BA/BS degree in business
