We are seeking a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team of experts in product design, product management, engineering, and machine learning who can help us take things to the next level.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to empathize and understand product/business/user needs to craft future-ready and delightful product experiences while being sensitive to technological capabilities and limitations.
- Take full ownership to ensure design quality throughout the product design lifecycle from requirement gathering, problem definition to validation, implementation, and user metric analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for B2B Saas Products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Conduct usability tests independently, present findings and recommend corrections.
- Discuss design concepts, solutions, or prototype proposals, elucidating the rationale behind design choices.
- A fierce advocate for the user who is committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences for complex workflows.
- Stay informed about the design and technology trends to continually inspire and introduce latest interaction design practices while improving the existing design system.
- Contribute to achieving design excellence by actively seeking and providing unbiased feedback, while also fostering a robust design culture.
Job Requirement
- A graduate/degree in HCI and above with experience of 5-9 years working in complex B2B products.
- Exposure to designing B2C experiences is a plus.
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality skills, innovation, and UX design expertise.
- A solid understanding of User-centered design principles that encompasses all essential UX functions such as persona development, information architecture, customer journey maps, user research methodologies, usability testing, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, user data analysis, ensuring cross product consistency, delivering omnichannel experience.
- Inquisitive and enthusiastic to delve into complex problems, and adeptness at uncovering pain points and challenges across our entire Source-to-Pay suite of products.
- Good visual design skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail in typography, iconography, visual hierarchy, and layout composition.
- Expertise in using design tools like Figma including working with design systems, Autolayout & Components and good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of motion graphic design is a plus.
- Understanding generative AI and LLMs is a plus.
