Account Manager, CPG Responsibilities
- Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
- Become an expert in Meta’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies
- Develop and implement programs to improve the client/agency experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
- Build proficiency and working knowledge of Meta measurement solutions and understand the value of our Meta Identity
- Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
- Exhibit curiosity, actively self teaching and seeking input from others
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consulting
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Experience growing revenue and client relationships
- Experience developing, leading, and implementing scaled sales programs that align to org business and product objectives
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing Consumer Packaged Good brands or selling to Growth/Performance Marketers
- Experience working with a portfolio or carrying a yearly revenue quota
- Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships. Interest for building great client relationships
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client’s business model
