This position requires compliance with firm branding guidelines, departmental procedures and standards, internal client preferences and instructions, and mandatory solicitation requirements. The Designer must routinely address shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, and last-minute requirements to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines. The Designer is accountable for undertaking prescribed and independent training, on-the-job learning assignments, and other opportunities to ensure growth and advancement in Graphic Design and their team’s development.
Work you’ll do
· Conceptualize proposal themes and synthesize concepts and data into high-quality visual assets, sometimes determining the key ideas without much guidance.
· Manage document formatting using Microsoft Word templates; update templates to customize for individual proposals.
· Work with the internal and client account teams to develop concepts and creative solutions on high value client-facing, marketing, and client experience projects.
· Analyze expectations of the stakeholders and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables adhering to the Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines.
· Develop creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional material.
· Collaborate with the offshore and onshore teams, from understanding of an expectation, execution, to delivery
· Manage content on shared team sites (i.e., Teams/SharePoint)
Qualifications
Required:
· Graduate/Post-Graduate, preferably in Fine Arts/Visual Communication, or equivalent degree in Media/Communication
· 3–6 years of creative design/visual communication design in Marketing/Marketing Communication design space
· A strong portfolio that showcases your creative expertise
· Mastery-level expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Advanced-level expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong illustration skills (not necessarily freehand)
· Good aesthetic sense and knowledge on typography, color, and various design styles/trends
· Knowledge in Corporate communications and Brand identities and the ability to execute highly creative projects with adherence to brand guidelines
· Ability to translate complex information/analytics into compelling visual communications
· Ability to negotiate and persuade the stakeholders to embrace new and unorthodox ideas
· Good project management, client relationship management, and time management skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
· Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or related field
· Experience and working knowledge on the below listed tools:
• MS Office (PPT, Word, & Excel)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign)
