Job Description

- Lead and manage the day to day warehouse operation and all planning support functions at site.
- Taking a leadership approach that promotes an inclusive and developmental culture, leading to high levels of trust which drives a high performing team whilst also meeting legal, KPI and budgetary targets.
- Drive CI activity across the depot providing year on year productivity and saving initiatives.
- Influence, manage and maintain internal and external relationships across a variety of stakeholders including Union partnerships.
- Manage day to day risk management, operating within legislation, policy and process in all matters ranging from people to H&S.

- Previous experience managing within Supply Chain Division, warehousing, with operations management with P&L responsibility.
- Be able to effectively prioritise and build effective working relationships with various stakeholders including Trade Union.
- Have detailed understanding of relevant legislation, policy and process in all matters relating to your workplace location.
- Have a positive approach and ability to lead, engage and inspire others to deliver results.
- Confident in making critical time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
