The Workday DAE team is looking to hire a Digital Account Executive focused on selling add-on products to the Office of the CFO and CHRO. One of Workday's primary goals is to continue the growth of the company as an innovative and significant provider of enterprise-class software solutions. Workday is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to sell into our enterprise customer base segment.
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Source and close Workday add-on deals
Manage full sales cycles
Own revenue number
Work successfully with aligned Enterprise Field Account Executive and RSD
Constantly fill the pipeline with new deals
Deal development & qualification
Cold calling and cultivation of existing leads
Articulate the Workday value proposition to mid and C-level decision-makers
About You
Basic Qualifications :
Prior experience with HCM and/or ERP technology
Preferred 1+ year in a sales closing role with successful history of relationship building, deal negotiations and territory planning
Preferred 2+ years inside or outside sales experience, ideally in enterprise software
Other Qualifications:
Consistent over-achievement of quota
Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers
