Job Description

•Use SCCM and other related tools for patch deployments, tracking, reporting, and remediation•Use SCCM/MECM for the management of Servers Patch Management•Use Big Fix for Linux patching •Develop and provide patch compliance to the consumers of the services•Troubleshoot and work with service consumers to resolve non-compliance issues•Possess a working knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM integrations with Active Directory•Demonstrate a thorough understanding of application packaging and deployment using programs and advertisements•Detail oriented; packages must be delivered accurately as well as patches•Ability to script in Powershell•Understanding of compliance baselines and the significance of those baselines•In depth knowledge of client health, health issues and remediation activities•Knowledge of how to interpret SCCM log files•A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards•Must be able to think out of the box. The ability to troubleshoot non-standardissues/undocumented issues, to look at the big picture and see how a problem fits in and determine a solution that fits within the existing framework•Strong understanding of SSRS and be able to create customized reports based on SCCM data within it.•Provide input to assist with continual improvement•Awareness of mobile device management and Intune specifically
Additional responsibilities:
•Accountable for execution according to established standards, procedures, and processes
•Ensure optimization and performance of the hardware and virtual infrastructure
•Monitor the Service Desk system
•Participate in planned “Systems Day” and other maintenance activities
•Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation (GHC, EIO teams)
•Respond to and manage service issues and problems
•Responsible for awareness and compliance to policy and guidelines of the ISMS
•Report any breaches in information security or policiesExperience: 2-6Years
•Participation in global working groups responsible for the deployment and development ofglobal technology systems and infrastructure
•Provide input into peer performance reviews
•Mentoring of staff on technical process and procedure
Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
•Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architecturaldocumentation
•Change Control - Ensure compliance with Processes and adherence to standards anddocumentation
•Assist in training new staff in technical processes and procedures
•Work with DTS leadership and applications teams in reviewing new documentation
Experience: 6-8 yrs
Work location: Hyderabad (Currently working in Hybrid Model – Professional should work from Hyderabad Location)
Shift Timings: 6-3AM/2-11pm
The team
Our IT & Systems team works behind the scenes, but is essential to the Deloitte organization. Our forward-thinking team members have the analytical skills needed to parse mountains of data and stellar communications skills needed to present research, discovery, and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable way. Our technologists provide IT infrastructure support and work with clients to develop custom enterprise applications. In addition the team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes. The setup has various groups which provide effective solutions to the customers by following a streamlined system development methodology and comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
Qualifications:
Professional Qualifications are preferred, including:
oMicrosoft Qualifications – Systems Center Configuration Manager Certification desirablebut not necessary.
•ITIL Foundation Qualification – Desirable but not necessary.
Education/Other: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
