This is a multi-faceted role in that it requires you to be a strong people leader with a shown ability to lead your team's efforts and drive key business metrics. It will also take a people-first approach to develop and mentor both individual contributors and manager-level team members across the Sales organization. What You'll Do
Core to the Sales Manager role is a deep and localized understanding of restaurant selection and what it takes to win. This includes smart allocation of leads & seller resourcing, coaching and developing your team enabling seller velocity, being an expert in tooling & processes, and engaging directly with our most important must-win accounts.. We expect our Sales Managers to be outstanding sellers, thoughtful strategists, effective team leaders, and smart cross functional partners.
