Qualifications
Skills and requirements that are essential for this role:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage.
- 2+ years of organizational leadership and team development.
- Strong product leadership to set clear goals for feature areas and lead the team through rapid product cycles.
- Knowledge in design patterns, test driven development, System programming, Object oriented design.
- Great analytical skills and can leverage insights to drive product improvement and new features.
- Excellent written, communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Good track record for Hiring right talent and talent management.
