1. Media Design and Development
- : Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), clients, and stakeholders to design and deliver innovative learning solutions.
- : Leverage strong visualization skills to meticulously plan projects and allocate resources effectively.
- : Use your experience to create various learning formats using video as a modality, including video production, motion graphics, 3D videos, podcasts, and emerging technologies such as AR, VR, and XR.
- : Demonstrate expertise in using development tools like Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and GenAI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Express, Podcast, and Synthesia.
2. Consultation and Stakeholder Engagement
- : Take initiatives to confidently interact with multiple stakeholders, facilitating meetings to identify needs, analyze situations, and implement bespoke solutions.
- : Offer tailored strategies that deliver distinct value to stakeholders, avoiding one-size-fits-all solutions.
- : Stay abreast of the latest developments in the media industry to continually enhance your consulting services and deliver increased value to clients.
3. Team Leadership and Management
- : Select appropriate resources, create shared purposes, and define clear roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of all workstreams.
- : Adapt to and enhance the team's culture to maximize overall success and empowerment.
- : Manage performance reviews, lead high and low performers strategically, and support goal achievement across the team.
- : Commit to expanding business opportunities, manage vendor projects end-to-end, and ensure proactive engagement execution.
4. Strategic Communication and Relationship Management
- : Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage communications at all levels and navigate resolutions.
- : Establish robust and authentic connections with stakeholders, aligning business needs with performance support solutions and nurturing client relationships for long-term engagement.
- : Show proficiency with essential tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to support various business processes and documentation needs.
5. Risk Management and Ethical Leadership
- : Manage organizational changes with resilience, deliver high-quality results, and mitigate risks with precision and integrity.

Qualifications
- Graduate/postgraduate with prior experience in corporate learning and development and/or creating video content for marketing/branding as part of organizational development.
- Eight to ten years of experience in learning design and implementation, with at least two years of client relationship management experience.
- Experience in budget and vendor contract management.
Preferred
- Ability to create project plans and related resource plans.
- Ability to manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project’s scope.
- Excellent writing and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact across levels.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- A client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects.
- Proactiveness to investigate and mitigate risks, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, and escalate issues as necessary.
