Technical/Functional Skills:

• Experience in Automation development , scripting and maintenance using .Net/C#
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET and related technologies
• Hands on experience in writing custom C# scripting for the RPA processes
• Hands on experience in writing custom C# scripting for Rest Api solutions

• Hands-on experience in developing Oracle PL/SQL scripting for reporting requirements
• Working knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk , log insight
• Knowledge working in Azure cloud environment
• Must have a technical certification

Experience required.

• A Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• Must have 2+ years of proven development experience working with .Net applications.
• Knowledge of web services and APIs(REST, SOAP)
• Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
• Experience working with Healthcare domain is a plus
• Experience working with JIRA and Kanban board
• Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain .NET applications and services
• Develop scalable code using .NET programming languages such as C#, VB.NET
• Create and maintain documentation for code and applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for .NET applications and systems
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed
• Assist with application upgrades, patches and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns
• Work independently and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long term solutions
