Job Description

  • Partner closely with Benefits COE to manage the administration of primary US benefits programs and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure optimal employee experience and engagement.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to respond to more complex, escalated employee benefits cases primarily via our Zendesk case management system.
  • Act as a liaison between our People Care Front of House (Tier 1) and Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) teams to resolve escalated benefits issues within our established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage vendor relationships, Payroll Leaves of Absence (LOA) files, measure and present on performance in Quarterly Business Reviews, ensure timely submission of invoice processing, and look for opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Educate our People Care Team and employees alike on the many Benefits options and programs available to them.
  • Create, edit and maintain knowledge guides, playbooks, etc. related to Benefits operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven domestic benefits administration and leave administration (3+ years).
  • Background working in an HR shared services support environment (2+ years).
  • Experience using Workday and HR ticketing/knowledge systems (e.g. Zendesk Guide preferred).
  • Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, while driving performance and achieving standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Effectively, efficiently and compassionately interact with cross-functional team members, employees and managers and manage stress with grace.
  • Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, while driving performance and achieving results.
  • Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential employee information, always keeping compliance top of mind.
  • Independent management of daily work while continuously looking for ways to scale and enhance our services.

In-Office Requirement Statement

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
