Expert skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including working on macros and complex formulas.
Eye for details and past record in financial delivery with zero errors
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English – this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
Good to have knowledge of legal and business polices including HR policies.
Should understand the interaction with dependent modules like Leave of Absence, Termination.
Good knowledge of processing bonus calculation or performance management process

Define/Design and execute internal quality monitoring and control frame work with oversight from the Sales Operation Manager
Interact confidently with senior leadership/ clients within sphere of responsibility
Provide input into the creation of operational processes, manage internal trainings and client level support trainings of the tools
Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools and processes, with expertise in specific area of responsibility
