The ACBM is also responsible for improving in-store and online presence by leading brilliant execution across the extended team that includes Shopper Marketing, Category Insights, Retail Coverage, Customer Finance, Business Development, and Supply Chain. In addition to leading the multifunctional team, this role reports into and supports the Deodorant Associate Director

Who You Are & What You’ll Do:

  • You’re a born leader: Lead the multifunctional effort with customer counterparts; develop and execute joint business plans; manage sales volume and trade investment; manage and lead retail initiatives; lead direct reports and a multifunctional team
  • You’re a strategy guru: Customize corporate marketing and merchandising programs to win with Walmart; Coordinate and manage CBD initiatives; Coordinate Joint Business Plans with Walmart
  • You love to win, and have fun doing it: Drive strategic relationships and accelerated growth, while operating within approved Trade Marketing parameters and driving trade investment efficiency
  • You’re a dot connector: Routinely interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders; Balance individual customer needs while ensuring total Market integrity
  • You’re a detail driven, proven operator: In addition to having responsibility for your own segment of the business, you will support the everyday operation (analysis, reporting, maintenance/setup) of one of the largest deodorant desks in the world.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Undergraduate degree is required.
  • 3+ years’ Associate Customer Business Manager or equivalent management experience required; Account Management/Customer management experience within CPG a must.
  • Walmart or Mass channel experience is preferred.
  • Trade Marketing, Internal Sales, Sales Strategy experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of omni-channel capabilities and eCommerce capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Nielsen, Customer POS Data, Internal volume/trade spend software, Numerator, Retail Link, and Luminate is strongly desired.
  • Must be skilled in verbal and written communications.
  • Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Must be a strategic thinker that can work effectively, and in a highly collaborative manner.
  • Must have strong relationship building and management skills.
  • Advance negotiation skills, including formal training (GAP, etc.).
