- Bachelor’s Degree within a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 9 years HR related experience
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing HR programs in each state of our manufacturing sites, and in coordination with Abbott HR policies and programs.
- Project management or operations/manufacturing site experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong change management and org development skills
- Demonstrated ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with managers and workers at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess human capital needs and work collaboratively to develop and implement value-added solutions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
