At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong. The Supply Chain Business Unit Finance SFA is a key finance role supporting the overall strategy for Surgical Vision Supply Chain. You will be responsible for partnering on decision support and analysis including Financial Management, Business Partnering, Strategic Planning, and Long-Range Financial Planning. The role will be essential in generating insights for use in providing counsel, risk management, and decision-making recommendations to leadership in both Supply Chain and the broader franchise. You will be required to actively engage and support Supply Chain and Finance management, while playing a key role in finding opportunities and taking proactive actions to minimize exposure to the Financial Plan. You will also partner closely with the Value Streams, Strategy Innovation and Deployment, and Supply Chain Analytics teams. Responsibilities: Support End to End (E2E) Surgical Vision Supply Chain Organization • Partner to deliver short-term and long-term Supply Chain results and Gross Profit improvement by providing decision support and influencing and framing the Supply Chain financial picture. • Support the E2E relationship between Supply Chain, Franchise, Supply Chain Finance Pillars, and Deliver • Support to the Surgical Vision Value Stream teams Participate in Financial Management activities including: • Strategy & analysis to deliver targets including action planning against risks and opportunities • Facilitate business reviews on a forecast and ad hoc basis • Working with SC team to help enable effective project portfolio (capital and expense) prioritization Support role in Long-Range Financial Planning activities including: • Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) leadership and direct partnership with Senior Supply Chain and Finance leaders • Gross Profit improvement strategy and projects • Partner with Global Strategic Marketing finance to map long term GP impact of new products on the broader portfolio Lead business case development for: • Capital (CAR support), NPI, LCM, Network, and BCP investment strategy • New business model support, portfolio optimization, new product costing & analytics • Ownership of Supply Chain inputs for New Product evaluations • Business development projects and business integrations Partner to influence inventory, volume and standard cost activities including: • Ownership of financial inputs to Surgical Vision Total Delivered Cost model and SC analytical tools • Understand and influence demand, supply and inventory strategies via partnership with PIC and Make organizations Primary point of contact for the following Business Support: • Supply Chain Value Stream, Product Management and SC Analytics teams • Supply Chain Finance FP&A, Make, and PIC • Franchise, Commercial and R&D Finance, Acquisition / Divestiture Support • Training Business Partners, Compliance, Systems (design & projects) Ad Hoc project support and other strategic projects requiring SC finance support
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications is preferred. • A minimum of three (3) years (post-bachelor’s degree) finance or related business experience is required. • Excellent analytical, communication and business partnership skills as well as the ability to lead and collaborate in a complex environment across multiple sectors and regions is required • Strong influencing, framing & communication skills and experience partnering with senior leaders within the organization is required • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is required • Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement job improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously is required. • Experience with business case development, financial analysis, financial modeling is preferred • Supply Chain Finance and plant experience and/or experience in product costing and financial modeling is preferred • SAP and CFIN/AFO knowledge are preferred • This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL, or Irvine, CA and may require up to 10% of domestic travel. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
