Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft licensing, contracts and sales motions
- Experience in creating or enhancing complex licensing contracts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
Business Planning IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Support and execute broad contracting strategic initiatives contributing to requirements, understanding end to end execution and making recommendations for changes.
- Analyze customer and partner licensing landscapes to identify business gaps and legal risks, developing business cases for updates and gathering requirements.
- Capture and champion customer contracting pain points to inform and remove blockers that may be inhibiting adoption of the MCA.
- Partner with business planners, field, and legal teams to review requests to contract and policy changes including representing the team in a council that reviews such requests.
- Develop deep understanding across a complex licensing portfolio to become a trusted advisor for stakeholders across the company.
