In this role, you’re expected to:

• Learn about Citi Risk & control framework and align with the testing execution. Follow established procedures to complete the assignment.
• Support an expansive array of products and services.
• Timely submission of results in the Citi Risk & Control system
• Collaborating with onshore and offshore team in gathering the necessary evidence required to perform the testing.
• Escalate any control failures.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 0-2 years of work experience in Personal Banking operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic MS Office Word, Excel
• Basic PowerPoint applications
• Flexible to work in night shifts
