Responsibilities:

1. GenAI Testing and Research:

• • Conduct thorough testing of GenAI applications related to insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GenAI for insurance applications.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve the performance and functionality of GenAI products.

1. Product Deployment Operations:

• • Assist in coordinating and managing the deployment of insurance solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and client services to ensure smooth and timely product deployment.
  • Document deployment processes, update deployment checklists, and assist in creating deployment plans.
  • Monitor deployment progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

1. Project Management:

• • Support project managers in organizing and executing project plans for product deployment.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project timelines.
  • Communicate project status and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, insurance, and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Previous experience with software testing or project management is a plus.
