About The Job
As a Sales Incentive Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) team, which defines go-to-market, designs compensation plans and calculates and assigns quota and coverage.
In this role, you will build a deep understanding of Google Cloud GTM strategy and priorities and ensure our compensation plan design is aligned with these strategies and helps motivate, attract, and retain sales people. You will design compensation plan policies, and work with the Compensation Design team to recommend compensation plans and programs, including MBO (Management by Objectives), SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Funding Formula) and bonuses. In this role, you will build plan documentation and enablement content to ensure sales team understanding, while also measuring plan effectiveness and recommending changes based on findings.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
