This position can be located in Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Noida, where we are expanding our presence to grow a vibrant global product team, making fundamental investments to scale our service for our growing enterprise customer base.

Responsibilities

• You will own and drive end-to-end experiences and solutions as a Subject Matter Expert in Finance area
• You will understand the competitive landscape, gaps and differentiators for your ownership areas
• Help drive a strategic plan for owned area as well as for the product
• You will understand and connect with our customers, knowing their businesses and scenarios to drive improvements and functionality into the product
• You will know the health of service in your area, work closely with engineering and communicate and drive change needed to have a healthy and scalable service
• You will support our customers and help the community with readiness, through documentation, blogs, presentations and collaboration
• You will work closely with customer support and our engineering teams and share customer needs and prioritize work
• You will be innovative in processes and design, think strategically and be thought leaders daily
• You should have a passion to learn and grow, and fail fast
• You will understand our customers’ top requests and what our competition is doing both in their strengths and weaknesses

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, computer science or relevant undergraduate degree; CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
• 7+ years of product management experience in cloud ERP software companies, such as as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics Finance, etc. With a proven track record of delivering successful and scalable solutions
• Experienced in core finance areas like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically about product features, architectures, and capabilities coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non‐technical. Native or professional fluency in English
