As the Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting related function/ category / business unit to add value to our business. We are looking to hire Sr. Finance Executive/Assistant Finance Manager- Supply Chain Finance based in our plants.

Job Responsibilities

  • To lead and co-ordinate all strategic & financial plans; Devise business targets, deploy targets & drive financial performance (Gross margin) by delivering timely high quality analytics and insights
  • Managing month end closing, quarterly & annual Forecasting along with review discussions with functional leads.
  • Lead in driving ZBB (Zero Based Budgeting) mind-set. Build savings targets for total supply chain costs for the year.
  • Oversee and review verification of key saving projects execution.
  • Prepare business cases for future investments & drive post-launch capex evaluations for the category.
  • Ensure controls in place and functioning for costing, pricing, Inventory accounting, FA capitalisation, Accruals.
  • Ensure non-financial controls are managed according to Unilever standards.
  • Driving Cost to serve analysis leading to GM improvements: Drive interventions especially in material & non-material supply chain costs (production & logistics).
  • Support and partner with the factory teams in new financial modelling & competitor benchmarking.
  • Provide inputs on automation and process improvement opportunities for the function.

Qualification

Chartered Accountant / CMA /MBA
