Role Profile

As a part of the DaaP Delivery team, the delivery manager role will be responsible for shaping and implementing all the DaaP strategies, leveraging expertise in architecture design, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Python, and Databricks. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative DataOps, Gen AI solutions that drive business success.

• Design Solutions and implement generative AI models and algorithms, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Work on integrating the cloud GenAI algorithms like ChatGPT, Bard, PaLM etc.
• Design and develop AI web application using python and organization approved large language models
• Prompt Engineering for Gen AI algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and providing standard building block architecture
• Research the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
• Optimize & fine tune existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  
  

Key Accountabilities

• Identify innovative solutions with new and/or existing toolsets to deliver cost-effective, efficient, robust, and resilient solutions to DaaP. Engage with Technology Counterparts and scout external markets for cutting-edge solutions in the market.
• Own innovation in solutions within the platform. Deliver purposeful innovation in solutions, processes, and controls.
• Maximize Benefits, sweat assets, identify unused capabilities within toolset and maintain optimal utilization of features against capital invested on assets / licenses.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in AI/ML technologies and methodologies to the Technical Architects and ML engineers.
• Design and develop AI application using python, langchain, python web framework, large language models like GPT (Azure OpenAI), Llama2, Google VertexAI etc.
• Need to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of AI-ML ,Data Science and Data Analytics and also guide the team in applying best practices and innovative solutions.
• Drive research activities to explore new AI/ML technologies, techniques and processes.
• Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales and pre-sales team, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, align priorities, and drive the integration of AI/ML solutions into services
• Ensure the quality and performance of AI/ML models, systems, and algorithms.
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  
  

Vendor and cross platform team engagement

• Engage with Third Party Vendor teams.
• Setting up and managing the governance mechanisms for vendor delivery including periodic reviews and meetings as per the defined governance mechanism.
• Partner with Suppliers to implement actions for continuous improvement of service and proactive actions.
  
  

All About You

Essential Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Masters in computer applications.
• 7+ years of experience in building, and delivering ML/AI workloads on the Cloud (preferably Azure)
• Hands-on Python coding experience with exposure to CI/CD and git hub etc
• Experience in Azure data factory, Data bricks .
• Experience in architecting and designing scalable data warehouses & AI solutions
• Exposure to Retail and CPG industry is a plus.
• Powerful analytical skills which allow to evaluate problems, attention to detail, critical thinking ability to analyse problems and reach solution and take informed decisions.
• Experience in working with geographically diverse teams.
