Job Description

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Working closely with Product Owners and business partners, to understand their desired business outcomes.

  • Partnering with business sponsors, business architects, operational teams, and domain specialists to gather, build, refine, and document requirements.
  • Analyzing sophisticated business problems and collaborating with technical architects and development leads to define and document system capabilities and features.
  • Creating and maintaining user stories and solution blueprints.
  • Performing functional testing, and regression and progression test automation suite on implemented solutions.
  • Review test cases with QA team to ensure test cases are comprehensive to cover all the scenarios of user stories.
  • Identifying and resolving issues raised by users.
  • Discerning impacts to downstream systems and working multi-functionally to explore solutions.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to find areas of improvement and growth.
  • Helping to lead risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, and reporting status to managers and business partners.
  • Developing domain expertise and becoming an advisor for our business partners.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a highly dynamic and empowered team of collaborative engineers, technical leads, architects, business systems analysts who are passionate about building, supporting and enhancing our seller platforms. You will interact with key business partners in Sales, Finance, and Business Operations. You will align your work with the project team and multi-functional programs related to Recurring Revenue Growth and Seller Experience. In addition, you will work with the business and technical architecture groups, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and leads from the Enterprise Release Management Office along with operational leaders responsible for Sales and Partner Operations.

Our minimum requirements are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s AND 7+ years of experience as an IT/Business Analyst or other technical role
  • Master’s AND 4 years of experience as an IT/Business Analyst or other technical role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with Sales goaling and coverage models and principles.
  • Ability to write code to extract data from databases using SQL and use SAP Business Objects to run reports for data validations.
  • Experience of building build business process flow and data flow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio.
  • Experienced in Agile development methodology.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools, including design and operations.
  • Ability to form relationships with on-site and remote colleagues.
  • Lead and maintain an agile partnership between business, operations, and IT.
  • Experienced in facilitating estimation and decision-making sessions.
  • Proficiency in understanding business functional areas and processes, and the ability to cleanly articulate them to others.
