• Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high & quality and timely deliverables.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance and solutions.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate design resources and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistency of our brand identity across all design materials, both online and offline.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality assessments of design work and provide feedback for improvement.
• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team and projects.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to manage design budgets effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record.
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
