Job Responsibilities
Productmanagement:
Responsible for operational management of the Action portfolio
Actively manages the lifecycle of the product portfolio of Action.
- Coordinate and manage the Gensight tool for new product introductions (NPI) and
Management of Change (MOC)
- Together with the KAM responsible for the product roadmap for the Action
portfolio
- Responsible for artwork development and changes in cooperation with Schawk
and implement and update the (necessary) changes/improvements in line with
legislation rules and language extents.
Drive margin trough monitoring the cogs development and initiate value engineering
opportunities.
- Create and analyze a monthly report to monitor margin development per SKU
- Take corrective actions or drive value engineering for a continuous improvement
of the margin
Projectmanagement:
Lead the multidisciplinary business team and drive the agreed agenda
- Record and follow up the agreed actions and stay connected with the business
team to support and assure an in time delivery of the agreed action.
Keep the team dashboard up to date in cooperation with the finance department
Lead continuous improvement.
- Describe and improve core processes in cooperation with stakeholders
- Learn and use best practices from other channels / brands
What do you bring?
- Professional (HBO/Master) degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
- Product management experience
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment of ambiguity and ‘borrowed’
resources / Good stake holder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English and preferable French (both verbal and written)
- Able to be effective in a matrix organization, good stakeholder management
skills.
