You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Product and will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.

Your responsibilities
Covering of Panel Builders, Key Industry, Building, and utility End Users & influencers in the area of operation within assigned territory
Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
Developing a solid and trusted relationship with panel builders, channel partners
Interacting with customer at regular intervals, understand their needs and address problems / issues, acting as a trusted technical partner to the customer to generate customer satisfaction
Your background
A B.E. / B. Tech Engineer or above in Electrical or Electronics
Min 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales, working as individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the NCR market
Knowledge of Industrial Segment & SFDC operations
Experience of direct Sales, account management and cross-selling
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude
Experience in low voltage equipment’s or electrical distribution
