Responsibilities

Creating Character Illustration & High-level creativity in Designing and 3D and 2D models
Create, edit, develop and publish digital medium training content for New Technician Learning Path
Create 2D and 3D models using with Creo STEP files of Wind Turbine 3D & 2D models
Collaborating with ID's, Team Lead's and Animators and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects
Based on the storyboards, need to visualize scenes, and create a realistic environment for 3D graphics, Elements and gaming objects and other visual effects
Creating abstract 3d videos with Maya, 3ds Max / Blender and After Effects
Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements
Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a 3D project
Effectively handle all aspects of visual design spanning illustration, animation, web design, mobile apps design
Ensures that the content is consistent with the brand guidelines and project goals/strategies so that key themes and designs are appropriately delivered to the intended audience
Providing creative and innovative ideas to ensure all learning developed is engaging, appropriate to the audience, and meets the business strategies

Qualifications

Degree /Diploma in Graphics and Animations/Fine Arts/ E-Learning/ Virtual Reality; BE Computer science/MscIT/MC
Should have knowledge of various useful plug-ins/ scripts of Maya, Blender, After Effects, 3ds Max, Keyshot

Competencies

6+ years of work experience in 3D and 2D modules
Professional experience in 3D tools like Maya, Blender, After Effects, 3ds Max, Keyshot,V-Ray, SketchUp, Creo Illustrator. 3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rigging, and Rendering
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC, Animate CC, Premier pro, and cloud-based tool like Vyond
Knowledge about browser-based WebGL, PlayCanvas, OpenGL 3D rendering
Knowledge in eLearning authoring tools like (Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
Creativity, Designing and artistic skills and time management skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
