Technically responsible for a set of application/platform related functionalities

Provides architectural/design inputs on the application/platform

Responsible for analyzing and understanding the requirements

Identifies technical risks and assists RTE in developing mitigation and recovery plans

Review work products and ensure the quality of deliverables

Provides input and supports the test strategy for the functionality

Understands the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the feature is being used)
