Job Description
You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Talent Acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice. You will give the best in class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates.
- Oversee Recruitment Coordinator function on day-to-day recruiting operations and deliverables
- Drive operational excellence through the continuous improvement of processes, delivering efficiency gains and consistency at scale
- Responsible for the internal documentation and improvement of workflows and processes
- Ensure successful implementation and delivery of TA initiatives across different pillars (branding, candidate & hiring manager experience, technology enablement) aligned to our TA Transformation Roadmap
- Manage TA budget, supplier vendors, invoice processing for recruiting related costs as well as TA onboarding and capabilities uplift

If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition/ Human Resource experience handling Operations
- Proven track record managing and implementing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
- Demonstrated process improvement experience, ideally leveraging digitization and emerging technology solutions.
- Possess initiative with positive working attitudes and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
