Job Description

As a SC Logistics country manager, you lead SC logistics Poland team through clear and aligned targets and priorities to run daily operations. You, with other colleagues in the team, make sure that our orders are booked and delivered on time and customer promise will be fulfilled. Additionally, you’ll in your daily work investigate and solve all type of problems that will turn up. You actively participate on the development actions to improve service, reduce supply chain cost and inventory and improve cost efficiency in logistics. You are the hub of contact both internally and externally and handle a large network of contacts involving production, customer service and external service providers.

You co-operate with sourcing, logistics service providers and mills to ensure that business requirements and priorities are embedded and well understood in their operational plans. Our requirements:

  • you have strong experience from logistics or supply chain,
  • knowledge of order fulfilment process and you are experienced to lead people.
  • you have process mindset and structured way of working and you are able to generate proactive performance culture and customer centricity.
  • you preferably have University degree.
  • you are a great communicator, and you communicate fluently in English and Polish.

As a person you are a good team player who can keep calm and be on top of everything. We value your ability to prioritize and make decision even when the information is incomplete and time limited. You always listen and hear people out and with your great problem-solving skills you see changes as new possibilities.
