Job Description

  • To design, propose and get approval the strategy within annual planning round
  • To deploy the strategy with the team with clear KPI setting and measurement for each marketing function.
  • Full BRP brand communication strategy with identified KPIs to ensure the company investment is effective and best suitable for the brand development phase in China and support the overall company goal of volume
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the strategy, and that the team has the information and clarity required to deliver on KPIs
  • Focus on digital strategies designed to drive omni-channel retail and elevate the BRP consumer experience across all channels.

Set up and deploy a clear social media strategy, including platform, content development and monthly schedule, as well as weekly/monthly steering report to ensure all investment is effective.

  • Set up BRP in China social media strategy and target
  • With clear map and schedule on content development and communication channels
  • Closely monitor each channel the effectiveness and conversion in different layer of sales funnel
  • Set up regular reporting to provide sales, other functions and management team the overview the progress on communication progress and effectiveness

Set up and deploy a clear marketing events management mechanism including KPI and result measurement, leads quality and conversion rate out of retail related event for both central marketing and dealer marketing

  • Set up BRP in China event management mechanism and target
  • Establish OEM level and dealer level event management include quality monitoring, tools development and results analysis
  • Establish clear KPI for each event execution including participation, on time delivery, customer satisfaction, dealer satisfaction, sales conversion and so on

Set up and deploy a clear CRM strategy to closely measure the leads from all channels including form social media, motorshows, events, dealers and so on

  • Set up BRP in China CRM strategy with right execution on each channel leads put in and follow up.
  • Weekly/Monthly report on each channel leads generation effectiveness
  • Provide sales team and management team clear picture on OEM and dealer level leads flow, follow up status, conversion and close status.

Set up and identify clear customer profile and purchase preference via CRM for all sub brands and product line.

  • Through all marketing activities, establish clear customer profile for each product line
  • All communication content development need according to the target customer to ensure the effectiveness

New product launch management including coordination of all functions to make sure the launch excellence cross the whole function team

  • Overall coordination of new product launch management
  • Make sure all functions including dealer training, sales, aftersales, dealers are all in line with the market entry planning

People management

  • Set and monitor team KPIs
  • Engage in team and individual development plans to maintain staff effectiveness & motivation
  • Ensure that team have role clarity, and revise roles and responsibilities in line with business requirements.
  • Share work across functions and regions to ensure that China marketing is providing and receiving the support required.

Your Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Minimum 12 years experience in marketing or business strategy
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Must master the English language (written and spoken)
  • You have a builder mindset: you know how to navigate through complexity to create the future
  • You are a go-getter: you achieve results on what you set-out to do
  • You demonstrate key business instincts: you understand the company’s vision and mission and translate them into a plan at your level
  • Life people up (engagement, empowerment, recognition)
  • Experience in a media agency is an asset
  • You are channel marketing savvy: media, email, web, events, etc.
  • You are marketing technology savvy: LMS, CRM, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.
  • You manage the schedule (workback) and budget efficiently
  • You have a highly analytical mind, a high proficiency in Excel: ability to slice and dice data to extract insights, synthesize and communicate findings
  • You have excellent presentation skills, both visual/graphical (PowerPoint) and spoken
  • You know how to adapt to different audiences (direct report and colleagues vs sales vs top management
