Job Description

The GLP-1 Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly motivated people who are passionate about changing diabetes and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. The position

As a Product Specialist, you are the frontline interface with healthcare professionals to discuss the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk’s products. You have a designated territory to be responsible for and accountable for the financial and non-financial targets of your responsible territory. You are given autonomy to conduct a territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your Manager, and implement the agreed action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function effectively to drive the overall financial and non-financial performance of your responsible territory.

You are accountable to maintain up-to-date information on customers and the competitive landscape, and reporting all the information into the company’s system on time. You are required to actively take part in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses, as needed, to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals, and to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • You hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in science with a strong interest in Sales.
  • You are a Sales at a Pharmaceutical company (preferably in a Multinational Company) with a minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in the private market in the area of Pontianak.
  • You are knowledgeable (expert is advantageous) with products that need strong concepts (e.g.: Diabetes/ Hypertension/ Cardiovascular) and understand how to communicate products to the stakeholders.
  • You should have a strong ethical conduct sense, a high degree of self-driven with a desire to influence.
