Grow GoPay penetration through: (1) liquidity efforts, helping users to have easy access to sources of fund for payment transactions, (2) money transfer efforts, helping to make money movement easier for users
Grow penetration of our new strategic partnership through end to end marketing efforts across platforms
Manage end to end user facing campaign development from user profile and insights understanding, product magic understanding, GTM plan & strategy, creative development, media strategy, social media strategy and impact analysis for users money management needs (i.e. top up, send money, manage spending).
Evaluate, track, improve and optimize adoption rate throughout the user funnel from awareness to conversion.
Responsible for managing overall project marketing budget & spend
Work with the research team in designing, gathering, & synthesizing user insights towards feature/product/brand.
Optimize feature adoption & retention by improving user experience together with Product Manager, UX team, Growth Lead, BI, Consumer Risk, & Research.
Actively collaborate across function & streams (Business Intelligence, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Brand, Creative & Content, Growth, Risk, Corporate Affair, CCU, and Product Manager) on campaign end to end planning, briefing, execution, campaign monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Identify the most suitable marketing media channels and target segment for each marketing initiative to manage user communications through targeted channels such as CRM (in-app channels), paid social media, or offline media.
Work closely with the Growth Lead on building & executing experiment plans on adoption/retention initiatives, & scale up if successful.
What You Will Need
8-12 years experience in marketing strategy or related field, preferably from fintech background
BA/MS in Management, Communication, preferably with Marketing concentration or related major
Strong analytical skill, comfortable with data processing
Strong in marketing or campaign execution
Strong in media channel & communication strategy
Have experience on go-to market strategy creation and implementation and/ or branding campaign,
Have experience in marketing program focus in acquisition
Have experience managing marketing budget
Strong cross-functional team communication & coordination
